The society is open to anyone in Greenland - including non-technical persons - who is interested in technological development and its influence on society and the environment. Each year, about ten meetings are arranged with this in mind and there is also an occasional company visit.
 
Yearly subscription fees are at present:
Company/institution membership: DKK 2000
Private membership, Nuuk: DKK 200
Private membership, outside Nuuk: DKK 100
Students/pensioners: DKK 23
